HubSpot Operations Manager6 Month ProjectDay Rate - negotiableUK based role, remote first with central meet ups.Better Placed are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a global digital transformation business as they look to hire a HubSpot Operations Manager for an initial 6 month project (potential to be extended should business requirements change)The role is remote working, but with monthly meet ups in London/Birmingham/Manchester so you must be a commutable distance from one of these areas.Role responsibilities;Actively champion the use of HubSpot, supporting best practice methods, driving internal adoption across key stakeholdersDrive efficient data capture and lead generationProactively lead on training and guidance of Hubspot usage across all BUs, coaching on usageEstablish processes to increase the efficiency of data capture and lead generationEnsure the organisation is using Hubspot to its full potential ensuring take up of new features and developments in a timely mannerKey requirements;5+ years experience in a similar HubSpot positionA passion for process and data, with demonstrable experience implementing and championing HubSpot in a multi-site companyPositive communicator, experience of aligning yourself to multiple teams and stakeholdersIf this sounds like it matches your experience and job search then apply now for a confidential conversation
