working on behalf of a £150 million turnover manufacturing business in Rotherham
who are
looking to recruit an HSE & Compliance Manager to join their safety team.
Reporting to the HSE Manager for the site, you will support the implementation of the HSE Management Systems and drive the HSE strategy and agenda.

and
this
role will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and improving all business processes, policies and practices related to Health, Safety and Environmental compliance, promoting a high level of awareness and compliance.
Duties & responsibilities of the HSE & Compliance Manager include:
To provide Health, Safety and Environmental technical knowledge and expertise to the business
Proactively identify HSE improvement opportunities/recommendations and implement
new,
systems policies and procedures as
required
Managing DSEAR Assessments and audits
Managing REACH and COSHH Compliance and maintenance of the system
Accident and incident investigations and reporting of any accidents or incidents to the HSE (in line with procedures)
