This role will include providing a service to the site covering all aspects of Health & Safety and Environmental management, training, and general site services. Providing technical expertise in Health & Safety and Environmental management to members of management and employees.

HSE Manager - Key Responsibilities
- Support Factory Management as the lead & coordinator for Health & Safety and Environmental activities on the site, advising management on legal requirements, industry best practice and standards.
- Drive the Safety and Environmental agenda incorporating training, accident investigation, culture and staff involvement, administration, insurance compliance, setting and improving standards.
- Drive culture change and reinforcement of good safety and Environmental cultures.
- Coordinate accident investigation processes, recording and reporting industrial injuries as required.
- Review, update and maintain Site Health & Safety, Environmental Policy & procedures manuals taking account of industry best practice.
HSE Manager - Key Skills
- NEBOSH (Level 3 minimum)
- Food Safety Hygiene Level 3
- Hold Environmental Certification
- Previous experience leading and developing teams
