Stafford - Hybrid working required (site visits also required once every two weeks)

Responsibilities:
- Providing top-notch HSE advice and support to tendering and project delivery teams, all the way through the project lifecycle.
- Assisting in developing processes that align with Legislation, Group, and ESI/Construction Industry best practices.
- Conducting internal audits and inspections to keep tabs on project and departmental performance, and find ways to make things even better.
- Getting involved in strategies and campaigns to boost HSE performance, in line with our business goals, both internally and with our supply chain partners.
- Putting together monthly HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and management reports for the Management Team to review and act upon.
Background:
- You've got experience in HSE, especially in projects and construction.
- You're qualified to at least NEBOSH Construction level in HSE Management.
- Member of IOSH
- CSCS or similar
- You know your way around relevant ISO standards.
- Plus, you're pretty handy with computers and IT.
Desirable:
- If you've got experience with HV power systems, that's a big bonus.
- And if you're experienced in operating and managing business management systems, even better.
