Labour Hire are looking for a ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a well-established company in DEESIDE

About You:

• HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent.


• Having CSCS card.


• Minimum 3 years of experience on mechanical & electrical commercial or industrial projects.


• Proven experience with all current Health and Safety legislation.


• Stakeholder management and excellent communication / interpersonal skills.


• Holding valid first aid certificate will be preferable.

About the Role:

• Monday-Friday 07:00-17:30.


• Rate: �275.00 per day.


• Follow-up any site incidents at work or occupational diseases upon occurrence.


• Assist site management with the initial investigation of all site incidents and prepare suitable investigation reports using standard company forms.


• Prepare remedial reports as a result of any incidents in the site.


• Identify and analyse hazards and contribute to the identification and evaluation of risk reduction measures, ensuring that these are adequately documented and managed.


• Provide trainings to all employees based on the risk analysis made, and to keep records.


• Prepare Health and Safety observation reports and submit it to Site HSE Manager.


• Work closely with managers to complete corrective actions, carry out improvements and audit results.


• Involve and monitor daily task briefings.


• Monitor the compliance to site specific work permits.


• Work closely with colleagues at all levels to ensure compliance with relevant UK legislation, regulations, and standards.


• 6 year project.


• Start: ASAP, subject to interview.
