Health and Safety AdvisorAre you passionate about Health and Safety and do you strive to influence a positive Health and Safety culture in construction?Are you looking to work with a collaborative and flexible team?Do you have an in depth understanding of CDM (Construction Design Management)If so, look no further… A proactive and motivating position has arisen for a Health and Safety Advisor to join our client, a residential development company covering the South of England to work within their Minor works team.This role would see you providing Health and Safety advice and guidance at residential construction sites London and Home Countie, ensuring full compliance with H&S and CDM legislation and procedures. They have a positive attitude towards work/life balance.You would be working with a large Health and Safety team in which you can collaborate and share new ideas and initiatives.The successful Health and Safety Advisor will:Hold a NEBOSH General Certificate and/or Construction CertificateHave held experience within the property sector (housing, construction, property services etc).Hold a valid UK drivers licence and own a vehicle.Support the wider Health and Safety team in overseeing Health and Safety aspects across the entirety of Minor Works projects.Deliver proficient guidance on Health and Safety to Minor Works personnel, drawing from a comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, internal policies, and industry standards.Guarantee compliance of Minor Works projects with the Health and Safety management system and pertinent legal obligations.Perform routine audits to assess the safety performance of Principal Contractors, aligning with our obligations as a client under the CDM 2015 regulations.Visit sites to conduct audits, ensuring that Principal Contractors have established and regularly review both management and welfare arrangements.In return the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting:Salary of up to £45,500 DOECar allowanceFlexible working requests35 hour working weekTime in lieuIf this could be of interest, please apply now
