​Position: HSE AdvisorLocation: PembrokeStart Date: ImmediateDuration: 10 monthsHours: Approx 40hrs/week Mon-FriPAYE Pay Rate: £42.00/hr Inc Hol PayThe Role:Due to a recent major contract win, our client is currently recruiting for an HSE Advisor to join their team in Pembroke. The role will involve conducting inspections and audits, producing reports of findings, advising management and craftsmen teams of all relevant legislative and company health and safety requirements and assisting with delivering health and safety training requirements. Key responsibilities will include:Monitoring all operational sites across the region against the health, safety and environmental management requirements of the company Integrated Management SystemReporting directly to the Company Health and Safety Manager with day to day duties under the direction of the Regional Manager and or Site Manager when resident on siteFulfilling the role of on-site resident health and safety advisor for larger projects as requiredOversee the performance of, and provide further advice on IMS to resident safety advisors where employed by the company for a specific projectDelivery of in-house health and safety training to employee craftsmen and staffProvision of health and safety advice to site management teams in line with company procedures and current health and safety legislationConduct investigations of all accidents and incidents with reports on findingsPerform internal audits against the requirements of IMS for both health and safety and environmental standards and to facilitate external auditorsLiaison with client health and safety management on siteLiaison with company health and safety representatives of employee safetyProduction of monthly reports of site performance data to the Health and Safety ManagerOther duties to be performed in line with management requirements when all safety advisor duties have been fulfilledRequirements:Level 3 of NEBOSH certificatePrevious Oil & Gas or Power Station site experienceInternal auditor (iso 45001 and iso14001) qualification preferredIOSH qualification preferredValid driving licenceAbout Us:Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd provides a dedicated recruitment service to the Engineering Construction & Maintenance sectors.
