HSE Advisor

If so, this HSE Advisor is perfect for you!This HSE Advisor position is working for an Electronics Manufacturer located in Andover. The working hours are very flexible, and would be a total of 15-24 hours per week. The HSE Advisor would be paying £40,000 per annum, on a pro rata basis.The company is dedicated to providing excellent Electronics Manufacturing Support with a strong emphasis on honesty and transparency in business. They have steadily grown to become a significant player in the Electronics Manufacturing Service industry.The purpose of this role is to ensure the compliance and day to day management of the company's Health, Safety and Environment Management System, and also to ensure the safety of company staff and stakeholders. The duties within this role include health and safety support such as risk assessments, induction training, safety inspections and emergency procedures. It is also important to ensure HSE legislation is upheld company wide. It will also be important to carry out regular site inspections and develop a H&S culture. It is also important to carry out regular audits, including system audits. Part of this role as well is to establish and implement a HSE committee and for all the findings to be reported to senior management and promoted to staff.You will need:Ideally a NEBOSH internal certificate for H&S or equivalentDemonstratable experience in environmental and sustainability complianceExperience within a manufacturing environment or similarA strong understanding of HSE legislation and practicesTo be flexibleIf you are interested in this role and think you have the skills and experience this company are looking for then APPLY NOW.
