This role is Monday to Friday with some weekend work as required.Roles and ResponsibilitiesInvestigations which require a Root Cause AnalysesHSE ObservationsReviewing contractors RAMsEnsuring permits are in placeSite inductionsCoaching on PPEDevelop and review HSE procedureCo-ordinate with site teams and all the duty holder under CDM15 to ensure that all projects are completed safely.SkillsCDM knowledgeIn depth knowledge of HSE regulationsInvestigation and root case analysis experienceAbility to engage with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leaders.ResilienceProven track record in a similar rolePrevious Experience2+ years’ experience minimum in a similar roleExp in the renewable industry is advantageousBackground in Civils and electricsExperience on a construction projectEducationNEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.Beneficial - Fire Risk Assessment qualification, Environmental or process safety qualification.LogisticsThis is a contract positionThe rate is negotiable depending upon experienceMust be willing to be present on siteThis is an urgent requirement, and the client is looking to speak to people over the next week.
