S - HEALTH,SAFETY,SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENTThis role is based inAvonmouth, Bristol(UK).For this role we are offering a salary of £35,000- £40,000 pro rata.37.5 working hours per week.Framatome Ltd are looking for a HSE Advisor to join our team on a fixed term contract for 9-12 months.As a HSE Advisoryou will be an integral part of the Framatome team, ensuring compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, your responsibilities will be: Systems:Development and maintenance and suggested improvements of current HSE management processes and proceduresDeploy the management system requirements on siteTracking actions and Non-Conformance ReportsVerifying the effectiveness of action taken and improvements and document controlDeveloping supporting information to enable quick, easy to read information of HSE requirementsAssurance:Tracking and championing Performance Standards set in projectsConducting verification checks on site against life-saving rules, client standards, HSE Plans, RAMSTechnical Advice:Provide technical advice based on legislation, ACoPs, British Standards etc to site personnelTraining:Coaching and mentoring site supervision in HSE practices, roles and responsibilitiesAssist with developing internal training and awareness and delivering where requiredEngagement and Culture:Development and implementation of a variety of communication methods e.g. noticeboards, meetings, working groupsAssist with the development and implementation of a behavioral based safety model based on company values and HSE rulesPersonally strengthen networking opportunities within the industry and safety peersYou areQualifications:IOSH Working Safely (essential)Technical Skills:A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – knowledge of SharePoint would be an advantagePrevious workplace experience (mechanical or fabrication may be an advantage)Excellent team working skillsHighly organised with attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skills including influencing and presentingMotivated and drivenResults focused with the ability to meet commitments and deadlines.Logical thinkingDiscretion, ability to maintain confidentialityFramatome has an international reputation for offering a large and diverse variety of career opportunities.
