HRIS Consultant (Part Time)

Job DescriptionHRIS Consultant12 months part time£300 p/d (outside IR35)W Talent are supporting an NFP through a greenfield HR system implementation (including Payroll) in order to streamline their employee experience. The role is to understand the businesses key criteria for their HR system and select a suitable HR platform which then needs to be delivered by the consultant as a Project Manager. Ideal profile will be someone who works in the Public Sector with a variety of HR systems knowledge having worked on E2E HRIS implementations. The organisation are based in London so some travel will be required to meet with key stakeholders such as Head of HR, CFO etc.
