DescriptionWe’re looking for an epic HRBP to join our pack and become the champion of our teams in the US and UK. This role requires someone who is empathetic, driven, humble, and based in the US or the UK.As a People Business Partner, your main quest will be cultivating an extraordinary work environment for our EMEA and US team members. You'll be the guiding force in their journey to become legendary, both professionally and personally. Your territory will span the UK and North America, where you'll work closely with our Israeli HQ and UK leadership to scout and retain top talent.This is a remote position open to individuals residing in the UK or US.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Lead the hunt in our hiring process, from interviewing candidates to ensuring we attract exceptional talent continuously.Launch and oversee wellbeing activities to enhance our team’s daily experience.Administer benefits programs and manage payroll.Facilitate the onboarding of new employees for a seamless and efficient integration.Collaborate with the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) to uphold compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices.Review and update people-related policies.Regularly convene meetings with our UK and North American team members, ensuring their voices are heard and their feedback is swiftly acted upon.RequirementsEnglish and Hebrew - First language proficiencyAt least two years of experience in the HR realm.Strong interpersonal skills. Approachable, friendly, and empathetic.High level of creativity.Well-versed in the cultures of the UK, US, and Israel, capable of bridging communication and cultural gaps.Technologically adept with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.Proficient in UK and US labor laws.At least basic dragon riding proficiency.
