HRBP
A 1 year contract role for a international consultancy of environmental designers, and engineers.
A futuristic progress exciting organisation with design based on the cornerstones of sustainability, environmental integrity, economic viability and health & social well-being. .Seeking a HRBP to undertake supporting the HR team and the business in driving and implementing our People Business plan and HR priorities by delivering and championing a HR business partnering approach. Your main responsibilities will be to:
What you will be doing .
- Ensure impact of HR teams actions through timely interventions, consistent and accurate guidance and commercial acumen.
- Lead on the consistent implementation of business priorities e.g. EDI, talent management.
- Represent the HR Manager when required at Exec meetings, Resource calls, HR Manager meetings, during annual leave etc.
- HR projects based around EDI, STEM and engagement.
- Develop processes and initiatives to aid expediency and efficiency of the HR service.
- Build, support and develop strong relationships within the team and business, acting as a critical ambassador to all parties.
- Support the HR team with coaching, challenging and supporting senior managers on HR issues.
- Work with the business and HR team to mitigate risk and provide advice and guidance
- Supporting global people projects working with the global SLT team
Required
- MCIPD qualified or with equivalent qualifications/experience.
- Well-developed leadership and delivery capability in executing projects and initiatives.
- International / Global experience - desirable
- Commercial acumen and experience in an engineering or consultancy environment.
