HRBP - Human Resources Business Partner

HRLife are working with an exciting business who have gone through envious growth and expansion and are now looking to hire a people focused, values led HR Business Partner to join them on their journey.
With employees based in UK and US, this is a great opportunity to lead on everything HR for the UK. With the HR foundations in place, this is a brilliant role to drive and help shape HR as the business grows, working closely with senior leaders to make it a great place to work.
You'll ideally have experience of working in a small, growing business that has expanded in size both in terms of head count, market share and revenue. As HRBP for the UK, you'll work closely with the senior leaders to scale the people processes and embed new ways of working.
From recruitment, succession planning, culture, management development, performance through to processes, payroll and engagement - this is a broad generalist remit and no two days will be the same. You'll also have the opportunity to embed and implement a new HRIS.
Some exposure to the US would be advantageous.
You'll have great relationship building experience, be able to partner and influence senior leaders and show them the real value HR can bring. Educate and drive new ways of working that are fit for the growth and future of the business.
Based in Oxford 3 days a week, you'll be happy to be in the office, visible and making a real difference!
Salary c.60-80k plus comprehensive benefits package
