My client, a consulting firm is looking for an experienced HR Consultant to assist with their growth. This is a full time, permanent role based 5 days in the office, and the successful candidate will be responsible for consulting their clients on all aspects of the HR function.
Responsibilities:
Consulting clients on all areas of the HR function including policies and procedures, ER cases and the fully employee lifecycle
Reopening policy and comms writing such as Hybrid policy, WFH guides, staff comms
Reviewing policies/HR processes and suggesting recommendations
Review and improve client benefits and compensation offerings
Assist and manage any ad hoc projects to improve clients HR offering
To apply for this role you must have:
A proven track record in HR Consulting
CIPD qualified or similar qualification
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to prioritise and use own initiative
A self-starter who is able to work autonomously
You must have the right to work in the UK.
