The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both human resources and project management.This role requires excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills to successfully drive projects through to completion. Work for us and you’ll go home knowing that you’ve made a difference.What will you receive?Annual salary starting from £40,000Holiday allowance of 33 days per annum paid inclusive of bank holidays, with additional holidays for long serviceIndustry-leading trainingEmployee Assistance Program – free 24/7 confidential helpline (domestic, financial, legal, health support, etc.)‘Recognise Me’, our new staff benefits, wellbeing and recognition platformFree on-site parkingFriendly and supportive work environmentDeath in serviceIris Care Group also offers a ‘refer a friend’ scheme: where you could earn as much as £#####* for every new staff member you successfully introduce.Role ResponsibilitiesTo lead the planning, execution and delivery of HR project Softworks, ensuring alignment with the organisational goals and objectives.Collaborate with HR business partners, IT leaders and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets and track progress against milestones to ensure timely completion.Coordinate resources to support project activities.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges and ensure successful outcomes.Communicate project status, updates and key milestones to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports and presentations where required.Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts and dependencies in a proactive and timely manner.Evaluate project outcomes and performance metrics to assess effectiveness, identify lessons learned and make recommendations for continuous development.Role RequirementsTo be considered for this role you will either have a degree in HR, IT or significant related experience. Proven experience of implementing new systems for HR is essential. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
