This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent people services experience to oversee an IT transformation project in HR.The successful HR Systems Analyst will have experience in systems delivery in a people services environment.The HR Systems Analyst will have experience in:Experience managing systems and data frameworks to support system performanceKnowledge of systems such as Payroll, HR, L&D systems and Recruitment, ideally using OracleData analysis and IT capability including extensive use of Excel and MS Office packagesCommunicate on a technical and non-technical level with internal stakeholdersExcellent attention to detailAnalytical skills and able to analyse data sets and system structuresIdeally project, system and process change managementThe HR Systems Analyst role is based in Liverpool and is easily commutable from Wirral, Warrington, Runcorn, Widnes and Chester. The role is offering a salary of up to £40,000 and a fantastic benefits package which includes 9% pension, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays plus much more.
