In the realm of HR, you'll be at the forefront of recruitment and selection, ensuring the seamless flow of operations.
From managing contracts and personnel files to conducting inductions and overseeing employee relations, your organisational prowess will shine through.
You'll collaborate closely with external advisors, keeping abreast of employment laws and updating policies with finesse.
But that's not all. You'll also take the reins on payroll processing, diving into the intricacies of Sage 50 Payroll with enthusiasm.
With training provided, you'll become a master of timesheets, pension administration, and annual leave management, ensuring smooth sailing for the team.
Ideally, you'll bring previous experience in a similar HR role, coupled with a solid grasp of employment laws and regulations.
While a CIPD level 3 qualification would be the icing on the cake, strong computer skills, especially in Excel, are a must. Familiarity with Sage 50 Payroll is a definite plus, but don't worry if you're new to it - you will be guided you every step of the way.
