Do you have strong analytical skills and attention to detail?
If so, we have the role for you! We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Senior Advisor in Reward and Performance to join the team based in Birmingham!
The role will be a combination of office and home working. You will be required to attend the office at least 2 days per week.
As part of your role, you will deliver reward services to the business, utilising centrally determined policies and tools to meet the needs of specific clients. You will also provide advice and interpret solutions to resolve queries escalated from Shared Services and provide HR trends analysis in line with defined HR strategy and priorities.
What you’ll be leading on
Provide functional and advisory support across reward (e.g. preparing data for the annual pay review, performance related pay payments, pension admin support).
Own the delivery of reporting and analytical support for salary surveys, pay data including pay audits, pension reconciliations and gender pay gap reporting.
Collect, analyse and interpret large data sets to support informed decision making through data-driven insights.
Receive and handle escalated reward queries from Shared Services Advisors when guidance or clarification on policies and/or procedures is required, escalate complex queries where appropriate.
Support the job evaluation process, providing position profiles and scoping data, inputting into job levelling, and producing accurate internal and external benchmarking.
Support RSG and RRE processes, preparing requests and cascading outcomes.
To be successful you’ll need
Strong analytical skills including ability to work with large data sets.
Proficiency in a range of Microsoft Office software to provide and manipulate spreadsheets, management reports and documents, including ability to use advanced Excel functions.
Strong attention to detail.
Reward experience including with pay, benefits, job evaluation, pensions.
Knowledge of governance guidelines, compliance and regulatory requirements
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, business administration, or a related field or commensurate professional experience.
