The successful candidate will be required to work 30 hours a week Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3:00pm with a half an hour break. The position is based at Westwood Academy, opportunity of Hybrid working after a period of training.We are looking for a well-organised, highly motivated, and enthusiastic HR / Recruitment Administrator to oversee recruitment administration across the Trust. As a HR / Recruitment Administrator you will be a vital member of the central human resources team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience of administrative work (recruitment experience desirable) in a fast-paced working environment, training will be given. Your responsibilities will include managing the safer recruitment process, coordinating the onboarding of new staff, conducting inductions, and ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices.
