An exciting opportunity has come in for a HR Projects Specialist to assist in my clients’ current projects they are undertaking in order to improve the HR function. This will be a contract role for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months and will be fully office based, 5 days a week in the central London office. This role will also entail a lot of admin work so will require someone who is happy to roll there sleeves up and get the projects completed.ResponsibilitiesUpdating employee details on the HRIS system that was recently implementedAssisting in preparing the newly implemented HRIS for integrating the payroll system in the coming monthsManging ad-hoc projects ensuring these are completed accordinglySupporting on generalist duties including handling any HR queries, supporting onboarding and offboarding employeesManaging projects improving the L&D offering in the companySkills And ExperienceMinimum of 4 years’ experience in a HR Generalist rolePrevious experience in an L&D focused role preferredPrevious experience managing the payroll or implementing a new payroll system is advantageousSomeone with great attention to detail and happySomeone who is a fast learner and a great multitaskerFor further information on this role please apply below!Tiger is B Corp Certified.
