JGA are partnered with a well-known brand seeking a HR Programme Change Manager to focus on managing the internal change of the implementation SAP SuccessFactors. Developing Training material and its internal communication.
Skills required:

Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and ability to write training documents on the tool.
Proven experience in leading HRIS change management.
Demonstrable experience creating communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans and resistance management plans for SuccessFactors.
Able to develop change capability through training and coaching.
Able to complete stakeholder mapping, identify risks, support senior leadership and establish a Change Network.
