My client is looking for a Payroll / HR Admin to join their small friendly team

Responsibilities will include:

* Process payroll on a regular basis using payroll software

* Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies

* Calculate bonuses, commissions, and deductions - Address employees queries regarding payroll matters

* Maintain accurate records of payroll/HR documentation and transactions

* Ensure proper maintenance of HR employee data management

* Stay updated on payroll legislation and best practices

Qualifications:

* Previous experience as a Payroll/HR Administrator or similar role

* Proficiency in payroll software.

* Knowledge of payroll/HR systems and accounting software

* Strong understanding of accounts payable principles

* Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail

* Ability to analyse numerical data accurately and efficiently
