Job DescriptionImplementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyManaging employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issuesEnsuring compliance with labour lawsOverseeing recruitment and selection processesSupporting business needs through the development of HR policiesAssessing training needs and coordinating learning and development initiativesCreating and analysing reports relating to HR metricsMaintaining employee records and HR documents The Successful Applicant A successful HR Field Operations should have:A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related fieldExperience in an HR role within the industrial/manufacturing sectorStrong understanding of labour laws and disciplinary proceduresProficiency in spoken and written EnglishExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information What's on OfferA competitive salary Car allowance of £450 per month3 days per week site based Chesterfield, 1 days per week site based Bradford, 1 day WFHComprehensive benefits package (details to be confirmed)Opportunity to work in a dynamic industrial/manufacturing environmentPositive and supportive company cultureProfessional growth and development opportunities
