We have an opportunity for the right person to help us: shape and implement effective HR strategies and programmesenhance our staff experience, enabling employees to flourishfacilitate workforce planning discussions, whilst dealing with operational activities such as dealing with employee relations. As HR Partner at Lancaster University, you will have personal impact and professional credibility to act as a representative of the People and Organisation Effectiveness Division. Your knowledge and insights will be essential in implementing our People and Culture Plan and the University’s strategic goals.
