HR Operations Team Lead Responsibilities 



The HR Operations Team Lead will take ownership and oversee the delivery of the HR services for the EMEA employees, supporting and leading a small team and ensuring all HR administration processes are adhered to.

HR Operations Team Lead Experience  



To be successful in this HR Operations Team Lead role, previous people management experience is required along with global HR delivery experience. You will ensure all HR administration processes are adhered to including ensuring the correct governance and global frameworks are in place, reviewed and improved regularly. You will oversee onboarding, contracts, offboarding, internal movement of staff, new starters, maintenance and management of the HRIS and data cleansing for example. You will be collaborative, able to work closely with the wider HR team such as global mobility, HR analytics, Reward and HR Business Partners to ensure a high quality and consistent employee experience to all employees and line managers worldwide.  



You will be enthusiastic, energetic, bright and on the ball and expected to work at pace using your excellent organisational, time management and leadership skills to provide high-quality, accurate, and efficient administration service across the employee lifecycle and be the first point of contact throughout their onboarding. You will need to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once and have integrity and respect for confidentiality. You will be resilient and have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order to provide an efficient and high-quality service ensuring each and every employee has an excellent employee experience. You will be a team player and role model for your team, and able to work collaboratively and proactively. You must have previous experience within a fast paced and dynamic Human Resources team and experience in using an HR System. You must be proficient with MS Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook and be fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent grammar for written correspondence. You must have experience within HR in a corporate or professional services, multinational organisation (not public sector) to be suitable for this role. Please note this role does not get involved in employee relations issues and is purely focused around administration, processes and delivery of HR services from an operational perspective. 



Location  



This role is full-time, permanent, based in the central Oxford office location 3 days a week with the option to work from home 2 days a week. There is no parking is available however it is close to public transport links.
