It's an exciting time to join AXA Partners, with significant investment planned to further enhance the transformation of driving AXA Partners forward.  If you are a motivated people leader, with strong experience of working in a HR Services/Operations function & love working in a fast-paced environment and are currently looking for your next career move, we’d love to hear from you!The HR Operations Manager is a pivotal role that reports into the HR Director and has a key focus on driving a high service level within the HR Shared Services/Operation and Internal Communications team by leading, motivating and developing this brilliant team of x7 by goal setting, ensuring regular check-ins, performance reviews and devising robust development plans.  The role also entails some ad hoc projects, acting as Country Lead within the Global teams on a variety of transformation projects plus supporting occasionally in peak workflow times by being hands on, whilst actively looking at continuous process improvement.At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. What you'll be doing:Managing the delivery of a professional, effective and legally compliant HR Services Operation covering the whole employee life cycle.  Proactively working with stakeholders to provide the organisation with the correct supportCreating, monitoring and adjusting SLAs and KPIs for the HR Services Operations Team, and working with the internal HR Teams and wider business to ensure effective deliveryRegularly monitor workloads and operating a flexible approach to sharing resources, especially with the wider team e.g., to handle peak demand or sharing tasks across teams Coaching team members to unlock their potential, supporting them with access to appropriate training and development opportunitiesProactively leading and embedding a data focused culture, by providing accurate and timely MI across all HR functions, including producing monthly dashboard for Executive committee, Conduct Risk Board and Risk CommitteeOverseeing the Internal Communications activity for the UK and Ireland, supporting the Internal Communications Manager to deliver a varied, engaging and positive communications deliverySupporting on the embedding of the Internal Communications Strategy Key point of contact for any facilities related activities or situationsEnsuring the function is adequately resourced to provide a strong service to the business, and in line with governance accountabilitiesYour ProfileAbout YouSolid leadership experience of working in a fast-paced HR Operations/Shared Services environmentAble to demonstrate skills and experience of working with stakeholders across all layers of the businessComfortable with producing a variety of reports and have a data driven mindset Technical knowledge for key HR subjects including legal awarenessAble to multi-task across a number of areas and manage conflicting prioritiesCIPD Level 5 and above or equivalent preferableAbout AXAAXA Group is the world leader in insurance and asset management.
