As the Human Resources Officer, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the company's human resources initiatives.By championing the company's HR policies and procedures, you will contribute to maintaining a culture of respect, fairness, and compliance within the business.Your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative assistance, serving as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries.Ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.Supporting with recruitment / talent acquisitionSupporting with learning and developmentEmployee engagementEmployee relations, policies and procedures and reward & recognition.
