We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Human Resources and a genuine interest in their field. The HR Officer will be responsible for delivering a dedicated HR service to support the full employee life cycle.What we need?Review team activities and ensure that deadlines and KPI's are to be met, adjusting where necessary to succeedLiaise with managers and team leaders in the proactive management of sickness absenceComplete administrative tasks such as coordinating strategy meetings and reporting outcomes of cases while respecting the privacy of employees and demonstrating integrityEndeavouring to respond to queries in an appropriate and timely mannerAssist in the implementation of management policy and provide reports on the outcomeHigh attention to detail and diligent completion of assigned tasks1 year of experience in Human ResourcesWhat can we offer you?Salary of £21,000 - £24000 per yearThe opportunity to learn from working alongside experienced managers and develop your skills and strategy in the workplaceCycle to work schemeImmediate startThe schedule for this role is Monday to Friday in a full-time position of 37.5 hours a week.
