We are always on the lookout for talented individuals to be part of our amazing growth.The HR Officer will support the HR Manager in delivering accurate legislation administration support. The candidate will be responsible for the update and maintenance of the HR database plus the Training Database for Branches and Support Teams. The successful applicant will oversee investigations and report to the HR Manager.Benefits of working with Nurseplus as an HR Officer:Salary £32,000 Pro RataCompany incentive schemesA structured pathway for your career developmentContributory pension schemeCompany Healthcare schemeCompany discounts scheme for high street retailersYour birthday offCycle to work schemeGenerous maternity and paternity benefitsThe main duties of the HR Officer role include:Assist with all Legislation issues with the Business including Disciplinaries Grievances and Tribunal ApplicationsAssist with the integration of new starters and follow Workflows to conclusion within Natural HR.Processing holiday and minor HR queriesUpdate and maintain current employee data using Natural HR DatabaseProcessing employee communication regarding onboarding, induction probation and development through to offboardingExporting and creating reports for the HR ManagerAnswering queries relating to HR by email and phoneCoordinating and supporting managers with HR-related tasksResponding to reference requests from external companiesMonitoring, reviewing and implementing HR policies and processesParticipating in HR-related projects and new strategiesAny other ad hoc HR-related tasks that arise during the course of businessDevelop a strong working relationship with the Payroll Team to ensure robust process complianceWhat we are looking for in a successful candidate:Previous proven HR Administration ExperienceWorking Knowledge of Standard HR PracticePrevious administration experience in a confidential environment preferredWorking Knowledge of Employment legislationStrong interpersonal and organisational skills, with a strong eye for detailA recognised HR qualification is desirable Working towards Level 5Any experience of Natural HR IT System would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be givenAbout usNurseplus is a national company with a network of branches across the UK.
