I amcurrently working with a Consultancy Client on an exciting HR/ OD Analyst Opportunity.To be considered for this role, you must haveA strong background in people data analysis – not operational or financial but someone from a HR backgroundStrong understanding of data objectives from a strategy perspective.Background in Org Design or Org Effectiveness – being part of a programme that has delivered in this space.Experience in Eliciting requirementsfrom a range of sources. Background in Client Facing work. Key responsibilities include:Create, process and maintain data sets, perform organisational analysis, develop insight from diverse information sets, enable evidence-based decision-making and facilitate the effective operation of the projectIdentify, specify, source and collate information sources needed to analyse the current state organisation. This may include headcount, cost and/or business performance dataProcess and maintain data, actively managing data sets to ensure they remain accurate and current. Compare and integrate multiple data sourcesBaseline data and robustly managing forward from the baseline.If you are immediately available, have a previous proven background in the above and are keen to join a great organisationthen this is an opportunity that you should consider!
