Are you looking for a HR Manager role?Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a facilities management firm, based in London as they look to recruit for a full time, permanent, HR Manager.The salary for this role is £44k - £50k, depending on experience, plus travel allowance.Hybrid working is available - 2 days per week from home.HR ManagerResponsibilities include:Manage a team of 5 staff, reporting into the Head of People.Provide advice and guidance to management on all HR and ER related processes.Build and maintain a positive environment through effective employee relation practices.Lead on Grievances, Disciplinaries and Appeal Hearings.Manage redundancies, consultations and performance meetings as well as support and lead on TUPE consultations.Oversee induction processes.Providing data/ reports to senior managers and the wider team.Lead on ad hoc HR related projects.Experience Required3 - 5 years experience working in a HR position with knowledge of the whole employee life cyclePrevious HR Manager experience or equivalent - 1 year minimumHR related qualification - CIPD L5 or above, desirable.Experience in managing redundancy, disciplinaries, grievances and performance related issuesUp to date knowledge of employment lawUnion experience (desirable)Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbalThe ability to speak Spanish OR Portuguese would be advantageousThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experience HR professional seeking the a new and exciting opportunity.If interested please contact Darren Keeling on or call 0203 800 1500 Seniority levelSeniority level Mid-Senior level Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionJob function Human Resources Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Nicholas Associates Group by 2xGet notified about new
