A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for a fast growing and well-renowned school.
The school are looking for an HR Manager to manage the entire HR process. Duties include heading up the employee relations, pay & reward, learning & development, change and organisational development, among other duties.
This is a hybrid role based in Nottingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR team in the employee relations advice through calls, face-face and email
- Create and design the HR and Development training programmes for mid-senior colleagues
- Assist the senior leadership on the organisational development, as well as driving business change
- Support the HR services team in ensuring high quality, cost effective and efficient delivery
- To ensure HR policies and procedures are clearly communicated and available to all members of staff
- Develop strategies in order to engage and develop employees from minority groups
Job Requirements:
- Experience in having senior HR experience as well as focussing on employee relations
- Ability in drafting letters, reports and correspondence to a high standard
- An understanding of the education sector and how HR changes may effect it
- Level 5 CIPD
- Ability to collaborate with members of the business at all levels, reflecting interpersonal skills.
