My client , a manufacturing company based in Stourport-on-Severn, is looking to recruit a HR Manager on a Permanent basis.
The main functions of the role will include
- Main point of contact for all HR Queries across the different sites
- Implement all HR polices across the sites as well as provide guidance to all line managers on all HR matters
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and retention across the sites
- Oversee learning and development programme
- Manage disciplinary processes
- Mange change within the business from a HR perspective
- Implement employee engagement strategy
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- Previous experience in a similar role with a strong background within manufacturing/engineering
- Ideally have previous experience working across 2 sites
- Proven track record of implementing policies and procedures
- CIPD Qualified
- Excellent knowledge of employment law
The salary on offer is up to �45,000
