An opportunity has arisen to work for a well-established and expanding organisation as an HR Manager.�This role reports through to the team of Directors and is an opportunity for the right candidate to support growth plans and lead an existing team.�

Working on site 5 days a week, this role is responsible for leading the HR function and health and safety aspects operationally across the organisation.��

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop the people lifecycle including onboarding, performance and development, annual reviews, and training.
  • Ensure documentation compliance and best practice including casework, handbooks, contracts, IR35 compliance and recruitment right to work checks.
  • Continued development of HRIS system across the business to incorporate analysis for the team of Directors.
  • Ensure that all health and safety aspects are adhered to, and that documentary compliance is sound.
  • Review staff rewards and wellbeing schemes and enhance these for stakeholder benefit.
Essential Skills and Experience
You will ideally be an HR Manager with at least 5 years experience, a team player, commercially aware with a good understanding of operational HR and health and safety and its importance to the business.� This role is working on site 5 days per week 8.30am to 5.30pm, for that added presence with a competitive benefits package to match.
CIPD (level 5 or 7) or an equivalent professional qualification in HR is essential, with excellent communication and organisational skills
