We have an exciting new opening for a HR Manager.. Our Industrial Control & Protection division site in Worksop
manufactures high quality, cost effective Cam Switches and Disconnectors for the global market with minimal environmental impact.What you’ll do: As a HR Manager you will be a key business partner and strategist working with the site Leadership Team to drive the business forward while ensuring a progressive focus on culture and talent development. Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategyEmployee Relations: Address employee demands, grievances, and complex issues. Promote effective relations.Talent Management: Lead talent review and performance management processesTraining and Development: Prepare and implement the site’s annual training plan.Inclusion and Diversity: Coordinate strategies related to inclusion, community, charity, and social well-beingContinuous Improvement: Drive functional excellence using CI toolsOccupational Health and Payroll Oversight: Responsible for site health provision and payroll approvalQualifications: Level 7 CIPD qualifiedProven experience as an HR Manager/HR Business Partner or similar roleExperience working in a manufacturing setting highly desirableStrong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulationsSkills: Good change management skills to drive sustained cultural changeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to partner with different audiencesAbility to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels in a matrix environment.
