We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status.The RoleCorfe Hills School is looking for a HR Manager to lead on the management of all HR, employment and employee matters ensuring all personnel administration procedures are completed accurately and on a timely basis, whilst maintaining confidentiality.You will need tokeep up to date with all relevant employment law, legislation and HR developments and best practice and ensure compliance with school policies and external legislative requirements.In this role you will also lead staff wellbeing so mental health training would be advantageous.You will support the Leadership Team to ensure compliance with Safeguarding.This role has direct line management responsibility for the HR Assistant.You will be highly motivated with excellent organisation and time management skills in order to provide an efficient service. You will be Level 7 CIPD qualified (or equivalent) or working towards this with a minimum of 5 years HR Manager experience.Previous experience of working in an education establishment with would beneficial.You must have the ability and experience to understand and interpret information drawing conclusions from complex information and providing advice and guidance to the entire staff body. This is a varied role where priorities and demands change quickly, you will be liaising with several different stakeholders through a variety of communication channels so excellent communication skills are key.You must have a thorough understanding of the need to handle information securely, confidentially and with discretion at all times.This is an excellent opportunity to expand your experience working in a school environment.For further information please see the full job description and person specification.
