HR Manager Covering 4 sites across West London £45-48k per annum Our client are a in the Legal profession and have a strong presence across West London and they are currently looking for a Part Time HR Manager to join and support the HR function in this standalone role but working closely with the partners. This is a full time position but some flexibility will be requiredas you will be based across multiple sites that are within a couple of miles radius of each other. This role oversees the HR operations function ensuring they align with the the goals of the business and plays an integral part in ensuring the HR function runs smoothly in this standalone role. Main duties of the role will include: Managing and maintaining all personnel records for staffCollating monthly payroll and working with the external companyRecruitment administration including on-boarding and off-boarding and employment contractsAdministering the company benefits and perksBeing the main point of contact for any HR related queries The attributes of the successful candidate will include: HR experience - CIPD qualification would be desirableExposure to dealing with HR related mattersHighly organised with excellent
