Cultivate a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and recruitment processes Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR matters including working closely with the Managing Director and overseeing 3 direct reports Drive employee relations and performance management efforts. Receive funding for any relevant training
