Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering a proactive, commercial, and effective HR service, primarily supporting our UK and Ireland business, but also other business areas in the UK as needed. Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, you will support the senior management teams in delivering the People and Culture Plan, including attracting the best talent, delivering best in class learning and development, maintaining a highly engaged and high performing workforce, and progressing our diversity, equity and inclusion journey.
As well as the day-to-day role, you will be required to lead and support a range on upcoming projects including employee engagement, EDI initiatives and succession planning. You will also support with restructures, change and TUPE.
This is a busy and fast paced role and will requires a confident and experienced HR professional who is used to working with challenging stakeholders and able to push back where needed.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent UK employment Law knowledge
Standalone or have proven experience of working autonomously and able to take accountability.
Have worked with change and restructures.
Experience of working with Ireland or managing TUPE process would be advantageous but not essential.
