Salary: Up to GBP 50,000 Depending upon experience

The Role
The HR Manager will provide generalist HR support and to ensure effective delivery of HR services across the business, as the bank continues to grow, and helps to make finance markets work better for smaller businesses.
The role will require working closely with and supporting the HR team to ensure the delivery BBB's strategic objectives.
You will manage employee relations casework including Performance improvement plans, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and redundancy as well as support business with projects including OD/change management processes.
You will continuously monitor, collate employment legislation updates and the impact on HR policies and processes and work with HR team members to implement changes where necessary.
To be considered for this role you must have operational HR experience and prior experience of
employee relations, disciplinary, grievance and capability management.
You will have the ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and be results and able to work on your own initiative.
An understanding of a public sector environment would be an advantage but you must be able to demonstrate experience of influencing and challenging at all levels of seniority.
Experience in developing and supporting line managers through change would also be highly desirable
