HR Manager responsibilities:
Onboarding/offboarding process
Support senior leadership with people related matters
Analyse relevant HR data to support company productivity
Deliver and manage the employee performance lifecycle
Ensure company policies are adhered to and up to date
HR Manager experience:
At least 3 years generalist experience
Ideally degree educated - CIPD qualified
Excellent written and verbal communication
Exceptional management and organisational skills
Preferably a background in professional services (finance, law, consultancy)
