Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE 

A leading, international manufacturing company are looking for an experienced HR Manager for their newly established Sunderland base. 

Scope of role:

• Recruitment of new staff


• Payroll


• Implement staff training programs


• Labour management


• Appraisal process


• Responsible for three other members of the HR team

Experience required:

• Previous experience handling HR operations for a medium to large manufacturing organisation


• Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams
