HR Manager

HR Manager for a small care group in the Blackpool area.

I am looking for someone who can lead on all aspects of HR within a small care home group. They haven't had a HR manager previously so you would be able to put your stamp on it and make it your own.

Sounds exciting right?

In order to be considered you must have a HR qualification CIPID level 5 or above. You will have also ideally worked in a HR capacity with another care company and have knowledge of how they run.
