Job Title:  HR Manager (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Kent
Salary: Up to £55,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Foster a culture of engagement and collaboration through innovative employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide strategic HR support and guidance to management and staff.

 Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within the food manufacturing, logistics or distribution industries
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive change and foster a positive work culture.
• CIPD Level 5 or above
