Do you have experience as a HR Manager within the professional services sector? Are you seeking a role where you will play a pivotal part in the running of the business and growth plan? Do you have an enthusiastic and proactive approach to work? If so, we have a perfect opportunity for you!

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client of ours based in Windsor who is seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage their HR function. You will be joining a well established business who are currently experience solid growth and great success!

Job duties:


  • Management of HR function of the business
  • Overlooking probationary and annual reviews
  • Managing all recruitment processes
  • Reviewing and monitoring HR policies and processes
  • Managing all employee records
  • Overlooking employee relations
  • Some management of support staff
  • Monitoring practice certificates and ensuring that all staff training is up to day
  • Providing client care
  • Handling any complaints from clients
  • Taking responsibility for compliance of the business

Job requirements:


  • Proven experience in HR within professional services / legal environments
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Experience of handling compliance duties
  • Highly organised with immaculate attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great team player with a professional and enthusiastic attitude
  • Solid IT skills

Please note that you will be required to work in the Windsor office on a part-time basis (either 3 or 4 days)
