Here at Futures, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager due to continued growth and expansion of the company.Reporting into the HR Director you will be responsible for the consistent and effective management of site HR activities, you will provide support to the development and delivery of the HR strategy.Ensure all areas of production have a great team of people behind it through effective recruitment.Provide regular reports on people’s KPI’s to relevant managersGive guidance and coaching to management teams to empower all managers to make effective people decisionsDiscipline and grievance and performance management issuesEnsuring a safe working environment.Providing specific support to all staff in terms of staff management issue resolutionInteraction with HR staff within the company and external organisations e.g. labour providers, local industry links etcHR Management Requirements:Charted Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) qualified to Level 3 +Generalist HR advisory experience within a manufacturing environmentComprehensive employment law knowledgeProven interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsCoaching and facilitation skillsExperience of working with Trade Unions (desirable)Excellent organisation and administrative skillsIT literate – Good experience of MS Office and HR databasesWhy work here?The company value their people and want to provide a platform to be creative and grow to their full potential.
