An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dynamic HR professional to join the firm as HR Manager, UK; based in London.ResponsibilitiesThis is an exciting new role reporting to the Managing Director, UK where you will be responsible for developing HR capabilities to support the firm in achieving its strategic and business goals. Your responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Operations. This is a hands-on role where you will directly partner the MD, UK and Group HR to develop and execute on HR strategies and solutions aimed at fostering a people-centric culture and positioning the company as an employer of choice. You will ensure compliance with local employment laws and also oversee payroll, employee taxes, and expatriate management working with external service providers.RequirementsYou are degree qualified with relevant experience as an HR generalist supporting the CEO or Business Heads to enable growth in top tier small to mid sized companies in the commodities trading, financial services, or similarly fast-paced industries. You should be familiar with UK regulations and local market practices. You have good experience developing and executing on HR strategies and solutions across the employee life-cycle from recruitment till offboarding, including compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & talent development, employee engagement and culture building.
