HR Manager – 6m FTC

My client, a leading US law firm considered a ‘litigation powerhouse’ are now looking for a HR Manager to join the HR department in their busy London office on a 6-month FTC basis.The HR Manager will provide a high-quality service to the Fee Earning and Business Services divisions and improve business performance by identifying key areas for improvement and facilitate change.Key duties will include:Assisting various teams and senior stakeholders with HR advice, coaching on difficult conversations and advising on best practice.Leading appraisal, salary and bonus review processes.Overseeing the HR Assistant whilst supporting their growth and development.Supporting the graduate & lateral recruitment processes, providing advice as necessary.Providing support and advice on various HR projects within the firm, mainly within D&I, process improvements and talent engagementThe HR Manager will have previous HR Manager level experience, ideally from a law firm or professional services background. They will have strong HR projects experience, possess strong knowledge of employment law and will ideally be CIPD & degree qualified. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate project management and influencing skills particularly at a senior stakeholder level. The HR Manager will be an excellent communicator along with excellent attention to detail skills.
