Essential Qualifications:
GCSE in English and Maths (Grade A-C) or equivalent
Level 5 CIPD Human Resources qualification
Desirable Qualifications:
Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) teaching qualification, or a willingness to acquire one
Level 3 Certificate Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) qualification, or a willingness to acquire one
ILM Level 3 Certificate in Effective Coaching & Mentoring
Level 7 CIPD Human Resources qualification
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in an accredited environment, industry, or practice
Effective management of workload, time, and resources to achieve targets
Ability to establish and maintain rapport with a diverse range of individuals
Inspiring and facilitating learning with a calm and polite demeanor under pressure
Consistently delivers against core role objectives
